Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancelled, 30 days prior to the arrival date/s no retention will be levied.
• If cancelled, 15 days prior to the arrival date/s one night’s (first night) retention is levied.
• If cancelled, 72 Hours prior to the arrival date/s all the nights or entire stay will be charged/levied.
• Amount will be refunded as per the above parameters & will be refunded through cheque/online & will not be refunded in cash.
• All No shows will also attract 100% retention charges.
• Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 10-15 working days.

• Final Pricing will vary depending on the type of service opted by the guest for their stay.
• Total Price may or may not include convenience, transaction, or conversion fees.
• Hotel prices are subject to market change.
• Hotel may change the prices without giving any prior notice.
• Hotel reserves the right of admission.
