Note:-

  • Our check-in time is 2.00 PM & check-out time is 11.00 AM
  • Outside Food, Beverage and alcohol is not allowed on the hotel premises and will attract charges for the same.
  1. Management reserves the right to amend the package & withdraw any service without prior information.
  2. Booking will be confirmed only against full advance payment, Registered Travel Agent Hotel Voucher, Credit Card with Authorization Signed Form.
  3. Kindly send the Credit Card Details with expiry date / hotel voucher / advance 45 days in advance to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
  4. It is recommended to provide us the details of the advance payment deposited along with the scan copy of the deposit slip. Regarding deposited amount, if full information is not provided then the amount will be lost as unidentified and Hotel will not be responsible for the deposit.
  5. Against advance deposit, money will not be transferred to any other account for any kind of service through cash/DD/cheque/online etc (Even if guest request it).

It can only be transferred/refunded in same account for valid cancellations.

Child Policy:

Guest must declare the number of children & their age during reservation.

  • Up to 5 years of age Free on applicable plan sharing parent’s room without an extra bed.
  • 6 to 10 years of age will be charged in half of applicable rate/s without extra bed.
  • Above 10 years of age will be charged in full of the applicable rates with extra bed.

Photo Identity:

  • As per the Govt. of India directive all guests are requested to produce a Valid Government Approved photo identity Card.
  • PAN Card is not accepted as a Proof of Address and proof of Identity.
  • Valid Passport and Valid Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.
  • Accommodation can deny if guests posing as couple and may suspect as un-married couple.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancelled, 30 days prior to the arrival date/s no retention will be levied.
  • If cancelled, 15 days prior to the arrival date/s one night’s (first night) retention is levied.
  • If cancelled, 72 Hours prior to the arrival date/s all the nights or entire stay will be charged/levied.
  • Amount will be refunded as per above parameters & will be refunded through cheque/online & will not be refunded in cash.
  • All No shows will also attract 100% retention charges.
